SUCH an incredible restaurant and equally incredible catering! The communication from Fire Nashville Hot Chicken was timely and clear and the food spoke for itself! The chicken was juicy and flavorful but the skin was still crispy and tender. Everything was incredibly well seasoned from the sandwiches, to the cheesesteaks, to the tenders and all the apps we received with our catering order were perfectly complimentary to the main chicken dishes.
