From Nashville Inspiration To West Chester
Hey Yall, we are Jamie Gaffney and Rocco DiPasquale, owners of FIRE Nashville Hot Chicken! We started this restaurant with an obsession for Nashville hot chicken. In 2018, we took a cross country road trip to Houston Texas for TK2K, along our way, we stumbled upon Princes Hot Chicken in Nashville. One bite was all it took, and we were hooked. We became instantly obsessed with the spicy, juicy, and flavorful taste of Nashville hot chicken.
A Symphony of Bold Flavors
When we returned from our trip, we looked everywhere for authentic Nashville hot chicken in our area. After trying several places, we decided that we needed to bring real authentic Nashville hot chicken to our area. So, we took another trip back to Nashville and ate hot chicken for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 4 days. We also spent some time with Miss Andre Jeffries (Owner of Princes Hot Chicken) learning the history of her family and how hot chicken was created.
Where Hospitality Meets Passion
After a long 2 years of research, recipe creation, and taste tests, we opened our first location in West Chester on June 2, 2022.
We have continued to grow and evolve and within one year, FIRE has been featured on FYI Philly, NBC Philly Live, and won best chicken sandwich of the Main Line. On our one-year anniversary we opened our second location in Booths Corner Farmers Market.
