Hey Yall, we are Jamie Gaffney and Rocco DiPasquale, owners of FIRE Nashville Hot Chicken! We started this restaurant with an obsession for Nashville hot chicken. In 2018, we took a cross country road trip to Houston Texas for TK2K, along our way, we stumbled upon Princes Hot Chicken in Nashville. One bite was all it took, and we were hooked.
